No! Absolutely not!  At anytime and if for any reason you can not keep your storage shed then simply return your unit with no questions asked.  One of the beauties of rent to Own is that there are no strings attached.  You are not married to your 36, 48 or 60 month payment term.  Simply Return your unit.

Im most cases Yes (you) the home owner is required to pull a permit when installing a shed.  It is up to you the property owner to know your utility easements, property line set backs, etc.  (The building department is not there to inspect the construction of the shed, thats already been done).  The Building department will want to ensure that you are installing the shed / portable building in the proper location on your property.  Along with using the proper ground anchor procedures.    We suggest you (the home owner) ask the building department what your requiremets are, what your set backs are.  Ultimately we set the shed where ever you to tell us.  Knowing Where to set the shed on your property is your responsibility.        

A:   A vertical space of 14', measured from the ground to the top of the building when it is on the trailer, is required. Be sure to take any tree branches and utility wires into account. While our drivers are very skilled with a Mule, he will still need a minimum of 1' of space on each side of the building to maneuver the building through an opening. That is, a building 12' wide will require a 14-foot wide space (1 foot on each side). If you would like to discuss an on-site build, please contact us directly.

Yes! We Absolutely Do Have A Build On Site Service.  If for any reason there is insufficient clearance area, or not enough space around your property to ensure a safe delivery, Our Build On Site Outfit will perform that BOS in One Day Only!  And Yes you can customize a build On Site as well.

A:  Yes, TNT Sheds is a Local Distributor of Premier Portable Buildings, North Americas No 1. Leading Provider of Portable Buildings, Sheds, Cabins, Lofted Barns, Garages.  All sheds / potable buildings come pre-engineered, pre-manufactured.  All sheds come with an "approved" state certified pre inspection letter from the Florida DBPR (the Florida Division of Professional Regulations), Including Engineered Drawings (rated at 170 mph wind load capacity) for building and ground anchoring.

We have a standard placement position for doors and windows, but Yes you can swap out door and window types and their locations...  even add a over head roll up garage door if necessary.  Also choose from our Urethane color selctions.  

Most new orders from the shop come with a Free Delivery Service.  FREE Shed deliveries with in 50 miles from any lot location are also available.  If you purchase a unit from on the lot inventory and your delivery site is over 50 miles away from the lot only then a $5 dollar fee for each additional mile is charged to the customer.  Simply pay for any over mileage fees, if any, to the deliver driver directly.

Our sheds / portable building come with a 170 mph wind-load capacity design, construction & Engineering!  Our ground Anchors also ahve a 170 mph wind load rating assuming suitable soil conditions.  We can install our sheds in Miami, or anywhere else in the state of Florida!

NO! Not at all!  There is no need for a concrete slab or any foundation.  Our sheds come with a flooring skid system already in tact.  We set your shed on the ground and set it up on 4" x 8" wood p.t. block pads, made for ground contact.  In fact a concrete slab is directly in the way of ground anchoring mechanism.  If you prefer your shed / portable building to be set on a slab then you would be required to get ground anchoring in that event...

We have you covered!  We have recently teamed up with Capital Steel Industries where we can now provide a more permanent steel structure: 26 guage metal sheathing for roof and siding, pre engineered steel framing has a 50 year warranty, Insulation can be included, windows and door frame opening are customizable.   Our steel buildings create the perfect environment for horse stables, air craft hangers, personal private storage, even churches, schools, gymnasiums and garages.  Made in the U.S.A.
